Dr. Gundu M. Sabde is a PhD Chemical Engineer with over fifteen years of global experience across leading multinationals and technology start-ups, specializing in solar energy, semiconductors, and advanced materials.

He has successfully managed multi-million dollar technology programs across the US, Asia, and Europe. Under his leadership, Sileaf focuses on high-efficiency indigenous BLDC motor platforms.

Dr. Scott G. Meikle brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in the semiconductor industry. He has held senior executive roles at Micron Technology and served as President of Inotera Memories, Taiwan, leading large-scale advanced manufacturing operations.

At Sileaf Technologies, he provides strategic guidance and global industry expertise, supporting the company's innovation, international growth, and technology partnerships.

With 33+ years of experience in production and manufacturing, Mr. Kulkarni is a master of operational excellence. Having spent over two decades at Garware Polyesters, he now focuses on product quality and process optimization.

At Sileaf Technologies, he joined in 2018 and led the Production function until 2023, currently heading the Development & Quality functions with a focus on process improvements and overall operational efficiency.
